Course-planning documentation

A course-planning file can describe the academy’s actual course purpose, learner group, entry expectations, module map, intended outcomes, delivery, resources and teaching responsibilities. Treat unconfirmed elements as open questions. CBBE does not approve courses or accredit academies.

02

Teaching and practical-training documents

Keep a lesson-plan template, authorised task brief, resource/source list, practical activity note and reflection prompts appropriate to the academy’s actual process. The worksheets on this site are private planning tools, not issued records, registers or official assessment documents.

03

Version and review learning material

Record who prepared material, its intended use, original references, permissions, review date and changes. Keep an approved version distinguishable from a working draft. Do not invent a reviewer, approval, partnership or government endorsement to complete a template.

04

Explain the learning offer accurately

If an academy publishes course information, its own responsible operator should confirm duration, eligibility, teaching arrangements, full costs and applicable terms. CBBE supplies educational reference material; it does not handle admissions, enrolment, payments, examinations or certificate issuance.

05

Prepare an educational enquiry

Name the resource or curriculum question, intended learners and the clarification needed. Explain the academy context without sharing confidential learner/client information or private documents. A contribution or collaboration enquiry does not create CBBE affiliation, membership or accreditation.
