How the local reading tools, private drafts and explicit sharing actions work.
Reading the site
The site serves its photographs, fonts and scripts locally. Reading search and subject filters work in the browser. This implementation has no account, analytics tracker or advertising service. The eventual hosting provider may separately keep ordinary access logs.
Drafts in page memory
Enquiry, lesson-planning, practical-training, observation and caption drafts are held in the current page only. The site does not upload them or save them to local storage. Leaving or reloading clears them. Editing, changing a field or resetting a form invalidates its earlier reviewed copy.
Downloads and printing
Choosing Download creates a JSON file on your device. Choosing Print uses the browser’s print facilities. Keep a downloaded or printed copy appropriately for its contents. The website does not receive either copy.
Email is your choice
Email sharing is inactive until a monitored educator contact is confirmed. Enquiry reviews prepare a private copy for download only. The website does not send messages or maintain an enquiry database.
What to leave out
Do not enter confidential learner, client or workplace records, identifying case histories or other sensitive information. These tools organise educational questions. They are not a system for collecting consent, storing portfolios or managing private institutional records.
External pages and future services
External sources and related organisations have their own policies. The monitored educator/academy contact remains pending confirmation. New accounts, uploads, analytics or persistent records would require a new implementation and a review of this information.
