CURRICULUM FRAMEWORKS
INDIA BEAUTY EDUCATOR RESOURCES / CBBECurriculum Frameworks
Educational frameworks for Indian beauty educators and academies planning coherent, context-aware learning.

Purpose and scope first
Describe the learners, entry knowledge, teaching language, beauty subjects and learning level before choosing modules. Record the academy’s actual delivery setting, available equipment and educator responsibilities. A framework should make its limits visible rather than imply that one course structure fits every Indian academy.
An adaptable module map
An example planning sequence can connect professional communication and terminology; hygiene and product-information literacy; subject foundations; educator-led demonstration; authorised supervised practice; and reflection/documentation. This is an illustrative educational sequence to adapt and review, not a prescribed course, mandatory standard or government-approved syllabus.
Write observable learning outcomes
State what a learner should be able to describe, explain, demonstrate within an authorised setting, or document for review. Match the outcome to the learning level and available supervision. A proposed outcome is an intention, not evidence that an individual learner has achieved it.
Connect outcomes, lessons and learning evidence
For each module, identify the intended outcome, learning activity, educator guidance, resources, practical boundaries and the feedback or evidence to discuss. Keep gaps visible when a task cannot be supported by the actual setting. CBBE does not operate learner examinations or issue official results.
Adapt for the Indian learning context
Consider learners’ preferred languages, local terminology, access needs, prior experience and the academy’s actual resources. Explain unfamiliar terms and avoid assuming that an imported course title or a costly product list defines a suitable local curriculum.
Review and version the framework
Record the author, intended use, source references, review date and changes. Check any claim of formal alignment or recognition with its responsible authoritative source. CBBE’s framework is an educational resource; its name or use does not establish government approval, accreditation or qualification recognition.
