01

Confirm the learning setting

Identify the responsible educator, scope of the activity, supervision, suitable equipment, model permissions and accessibility before planning practice. These guidelines are educational discussion material and do not authorise a facility, person or clinical procedure.

02

Hygiene, sanitation and product information

Plan how learners will locate and follow the academy’s current approved procedures, relevant manufacturer instructions and applicable requirements. Define terms in their actual context. This resource does not prescribe chemical dilutions, exposure times, medical treatments or a universal safety protocol.

03

Demonstration and supervised practice

Explain the task brief, practical boundaries, source material and the point at which the learner should ask for guidance. Agree how questions and concerns are raised. Reading a resource is not permission to undertake unsupervised client work or activities outside the educator’s authorised scope.

04

Document the activity honestly

A training note can identify the learning question, de-identified setting, resources, supervision, direct observations, feedback and points needing clarification. Distinguish a planned task from an activity that actually took place. Do not manufacture attendance, grades, signatures or learner achievements.

05

Protect models, learners and collaborators

Confirm appropriate permission for participation and any photography. Record the intended image use and accurate contribution credits. Permission for a classroom exercise does not automatically permit publication in advertising, a public portfolio or another academy’s material.

06

Reflect and update the plan

Review what was observed, what remained unclear and what needs the responsible educator’s attention before further practice. Retain only necessary information through the academy’s approved process. CBBE’s private worksheets do not upload records, verify practical competence or certify completion.
