INDIA BEAUTY EDUCATOR RESOURCES / CBBE

Plan an observation, not an assumption

Give an observation a clear brief. Keep what happened separate from what you expected.

KEEP THESE QUESTIONS IN VIEW

  1. What am I authorised to observe?
  2. What actually occurred?
  3. Which question belongs in the next review?
Take a question to your private draft

01

The starting point

An educational exercise can begin with an attributable reference and a clear question about what to observe. Keep the intended task separate from the result you hope to see.

02

Keep the context

Record your actual role, authorised activity and feedback. A useful reflection can leave uncertainty visible and ask what should be clarified before another supervised attempt.

03

Bring a useful question

A small observation can be worth discussing when its context is clear. Describe the task you were authorised to undertake or observe, the relevant reference and the point at which a note was made. Record a question for the next teaching conversation without claiming a grade or independent confirmation of competence.
